You guys, I don’t even know where to begin with this smoothie bowl. I legitimately don’t even have the courage to call it “healthy” because it tastes so damn good it HAS to be bad for you!
This is one of those recipes where you can change it up as much as you want to, so get crazy & adventurous!
What started off as just a banana smoothie for me this morning – became this.
I saw that I had strawberries that if I didn’t eat today would surely go off by tomorrow. So in they went! And then well, you can imagine my creative juices got flowing and I ran-sacked my pantry for any cool things I could mix in! I didn’t have any of my Loving Earth Cereal mix so I just topped it with what what I thought would go nicely.
Literally blend everything together in your blender/nutri bullet, pour it out into your bowl and top with whatever your heart desires!
I topped mine with chia seeds & salted coconut flakes and then I thought what the hell, lets add some more peanut butter so I warmed up a tea spoon in a little dish and then drizzled it over the top. As I drizzled the PB in it naturally mixed with the chia seeds and then became these incredible surprise chunks of peanut butter. CAN I GET A HELLLLL YEAH!
