Hey there! My name is Cat Santos and I am based in Sydney, Australia. I work as a professional dancer & teacher and because of the nature of my work, I spent majority of my life working on my body and what it looked and felt like on the outside. Later in age I found myself not feeling 100%, it took my skin breaking out for me to finally explore & learn about my body on the INSIDE and how it affects me not only physically but mentally & emotionally as well. This passion led me to discover all things to do with gut-health, overall wellbeing and places & resources that support this life-style. I've created this page to share all the mind-boggling information that I keep learning about with you! Completely & utterly obsessed with my @magic_of_i 2019 diary! Not only it is a weekly planner but it keeps me up to date with monthly moons + intentions, aspectarian + moon phases, planetary movements & retrogrades, an astro reference guide, a menstrual moon tracker & so much more 😭✨🌙 I am SO in love!
& just like that our Queensland workshop week is done! Currently sitting at the airport and on my home and wanted to share with you my brekky when we flew up here (yah super delayed) It was an early flight and when we woke up I didn’t have any appetite to eat, so I brought my beeswax wraps with and a banana and made this little rice cracker mix in the lounge! Then on board asked the flight attendant for boiling water in my keep cup and made myself a matcha green tea. I’m trying my best to be more conscious of waste this year (and forever more) so pretty proud of myself for this little spread. I bought these wraps from @mindfulcocronulla , which if you haven’t visited... I highly suggest you do! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
As usual starting off the year with our crazy January - which is a a whole lot of workshopping and meeting beautiful students! The heat however is also wanting to be included in the party 🔥🔥🔥 Taking the time to cool down at @little_mermaid_gc ✨ these are kombucha cocktails. Heaveeeeennnnnn

Ubud. 🌴 This part of Bali makes me wish I knew what it was like on this island before tourism boomed. I have loved exploring this beautiful place with beautiful people & wandering around in the amazing vastness of green! This was the Campuhan Ridge walk which is accessible just off of the main Ubud strip (Jalan Raya) and the walk went for about an hour and a half with a little stop at a small warung along the way and some food at Cafe Pomegranate ✨
